Q: “Do you provide training?”
A: We’ve built NodeCore to be as user-friendly and intuitive as possible. Most users won’t need any training at all and our support staff are always ready to answer any queries. However, if you need the confidence of official NodeCore training we will gladly meet your needs, contact us and we’ll take it from there.
Q: “How much will we pay for more than 24 users?”
A: If you need more than 24 NodeCore users please contact us and we will assist you in working out a pricing structure that’s appropriate for your company, based your specific usage patterns.
Q: “Why are QuickNotes stored with strong encryption?”
A: As with any information technology company; if Involgo is given a court order to disclose any of our clients’ data, we will have no choice but to comply with that order. The data they will receive for QuickNotes however will be unintelligible ciphers. Neither Involgo employees, nor computer forensics experts will be able to decipher those notes. Additionally we use internationally approved SSL/TLS encryption for all NodeCore communications in addition to hashed passwords for both user account access and system database access.
Q: “Why would we need NodeCore?”
A: Many large businesses run an in-house developed company portal for company data management and internal collaboration. Small to medium business generally miss out on the advantages of an internal system and are often unaware of the value it offers. Involgo is pioneering low cost, high quality company portals with the introduction of NodeCore.
Q: “Does NodeCore offer accounting, company calendar or file storage?”
A: For the time being we’ve included Sage Pastel Accounting, Google Calendar, and Mega (which offers 50GB of free file storage) which meets our needs perfectly at Involgo and seems to be sufficient for our current subscribers. However we do have plans to build those modules into NodeCore in future in order to take advantage of NodeCore’s seamlessness.
